Welcome to Math & More. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at mathandmore.co and your enrollment in any of our programs, workshops, or services (collectively, "Services"). By accessing our website or enrolling in our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or enroll in our programs.

1. About Math & More

Math & More is an educational coaching and tutoring service for homeschool families, offering programs, workshops, and resources focused on math confidence and real-life money skills. Our Services are provided by Math & More, operated by Eric and Tamar Goodson.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for parents, guardians, and homeschool families. By enrolling, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself and any minor students in your care.

3. Programs and Enrollment

Program Descriptions

We offer the following programs (subject to change):

  • Student Program ($147): 4 live Zoom sessions for students ages 8–18
  • Parent Program ($197): 4 live Zoom sessions for homeschool parents
  • Family Bundle ($297): Combined Student + Parent program (save $47 vs. purchasing separately)
  • Workshops: Free and paid live workshops on math confidence and money skills

Scheduling

Session scheduling is coordinated directly with the Math & More team after enrollment. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your family's schedule, but specific times are subject to availability.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Payment plans may be available upon request — contact us at [email protected] before enrolling to discuss options.

5. Refund Policy

We stand behind our work with a 100% Confidence Guarantee:

  • If you are not satisfied after completing the program, contact us within 7 days of your final session and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
  • Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected].
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Workshop fees are non-refundable once the workshop has taken place, but may be transferred to a future session with advance notice.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria or that appear to be made in bad faith.

6. Missed Sessions

If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule missed sessions within the program period. Sessions missed without advance notice may not be rescheduled.

7. Curriculum Alignment

Our programs are designed to complement your existing homeschool curriculum, not replace it. We do not guarantee alignment with any specific state standards, testing requirements, or third-party curricula. Our focus is on building confidence, real-life application, and financial literacy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our programs — including the Math & More Confidence Framework™, curriculum materials, videos, worksheets, and written content — is the intellectual property of Math & More and is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Program materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by enrolled families only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, test scores, or financial results. Individual results will vary based on effort, engagement, and individual circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Math & More shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Code of Conduct

By enrolling in our programs, you agree to:

  • Treat all instructors, staff, and other participants with respect
  • Not record sessions without prior written consent
  • Not share program materials with non-enrolled individuals
  • Participate in good faith and engage constructively

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program for conduct that is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates these Terms, without refund.

12. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
